Adobe Launches The New Flash DRM Software

Adobe has launched its new DRM software for the Flash platform, amalgamating a number of access control features with selective output control. This new platform will offer content providers numerous ways to present media content securely pool sides inflatable.

Adobe is promoting the revised Flash Access platform as a way to reach the largest possible audience. It is also claimed to be an easy add-on to its Flash Media Server product. With a new software development kit, it can be integrated with secure downloads and you can now experience HTTPDynamicStreaming with Flash Player or Adobe AIR.

Output control is an optional feature, but many content providers might use it even if it is not required.  Adobe and content providers might face some serious trouble if secure Flash content suddenly stops playing on the numerous non-HDCP displays currently in use.
